You’ll get seven weeks of structured training, your choice of semi-private or large group sessions, a healthy recipe collection with 40+ simple high-protein meals, a sample meal plan, a habit tracker, and the accountability and coaching you need to stay on track.
Yes. We’ll work with you to provide safe modifications so you can train with confidence while respecting your body’s needs.
Many participants notice changes like fat loss, increased muscle tone, and more energy. These results come from building consistent training and nutrition habits that last, not from quick fixes. The focus of Momentum is to set you up for sustainable success.
No. The recipes and meal plan are designed to keep you fueled, satisfied, and recovering well without obsessing over numbers. If you enjoy tracking, you’re welcome to log meals in your preferred app, but it isn’t required for success in this program.
Most participants train two to four times per week. We’ll guide you on what frequency makes the most sense for your schedule, goals, and recovery.
